John Lennox, the renowned Irish Emeritus professor of mathematics, with specialization in group theory of oxford University said "Nonsense remains nonsense even when spoken by famous scientist". We can equally say nonsense remains none-sense even when spoken by famous religious leader, Pope, Church founders, General overseers or Superintendents of churches, Pastors, Reverends , Bishops, Prophets etc.

Today some famous religious Leaders are talking and preaching nonsense and people are believing them just because of their personality, position, religious title or ignorance etc. How do we know that a religious Leader or any other person is preaching or teaching Nonsense? When the religious leader or any person says, teaches or preaches anything contrary to the teachings or preachings of Jesus or the Holy Scriptures, the person is preaching or teaching nonsense.

The position, title or personality is not important. Even the miracles or the prophecies of the person which have even come to pass is not important or the person might have preached well before but preaching something else now? What matters is what Jesus said or what the Bible said. What is written in the Bible on earth is what have been written in the Bible in heaven because "For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven" (Ps119:89).

Any religious Leader that changes the word of God or the teachings of Jesus will face God's Judgement and will be cast into eternal hell-fire, for the Bible said in Revelation 22:18,19, "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: [19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Satan is deceiving people today through renowned spiritual leaders. In Mark.12.24 - Jesus said to the Jews, "Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?" (Mark 12:24). Some preachers, pastors etc are erring in their preachings because their preachings are not aligned with the scriptures as they don't know the Scriptures.

A preacher is only right, if what he teaches or says is in line with what Jesus said or taught. The person of the preacher is irrelevant, what is relevant is the word of Jesus or the holy Scriptures for "all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works"(2Tim3:16,17).

Any teaching contrary to the Holy Scripture is useless and nonsense no matter who is teaching or preaching. We must compare every sentence or statement with the words of Jesus or the holy scriptures. We should be like the Berean Christians who were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Your eternal destiny depends on what you hear and believe, for what you believe will determine your lifestyle. You must know that the deceived and the deceiver will end up in hell fire, therefore you should not toil with your eternal soul.

When there was a crises in the early church, Peter as a leading and respected apostle with signs and wonders following him, raising the dead and his shadows healing the sick was speaking to resolve the crises, but James a fellow disciple and apostle was searching the scriptures to ascertain wether what Peter was saying corresponds with the scriptures. Which he later confirmed that what Peter said is in agreement with the scriptures and therefore accepted (Act15:1-31).

The scriptures is the basis of acceptance of any teaching and not the person or personality of the person preaching or teaching. The word of God is above every person, preacher or religious leader or founder. Be careful not to be deceived, anybody can be deceived. If satan can deceive one-third of the angels in heaven, deceive Adam the first man created, He can deceive you. The ONLY WAY not to be deceived is to know the truth. "Jesus said to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:31,32).

You see, it is the TRUTH that sets free and not prayer and fasting etc. Anybody can pray, fast and be deceived. Many prayer and fasting giants , miracle workers have been deceived and today they are gnashing their teeth in hell and some are still alive and will perish if they don't repent. You know the truth by searching the Scriptures as Jesus said, "Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me" ( John 5:39).

The Lord Jesus commanded us to search the scriptures for our selves so that we know the truth that will set us free from every nonsense of religious preachers, science, technology etc. Remember nonsense remains nonsense even when spoken by famous religious leaders, Church founders, Pastors, Apostles, Reverends, Pope etc.
