In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:1). Later, God created hell-fire for Satan, his angels and his followers (Matthew 25:41). There is heaven and there is earth, there is also hell-fire.

Everybody born on earth is on a journey to heaven or hell-fire. Every journey requires a road or a path, hence God created a road or path that connects earth to heaven and this path is called the ancient path (Jeremiah 18:15).

It is called the ancient path because it was constructed by the Ancient of days (Daniel 7:9), the Almighty God. Jesus called it the narrow way (Matthew 17:14). It is also called the highway of holiness (Isaiah 35:8).

This path is as old as the earth itself. It was constructed, when the earth was created. This ancient path leads directly to heaven, following it you will burst at the celestial gate and granted entrance to the heavenly city where there is everlasting joy, peace, love and prosperity.

In heaven there is no sin, satan, sorrow, poverty, insecurity, sickness, death or any suffering. It is a place of everlasting life.

Nobody is naturally born into this ancient path. It is through repentance and faith in Christ for conversion that one enters this ancient path. This is because all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).

This is why Peter preached to the people saying "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out..." (Acts 3:19). Why repentance? Because it is only through repentance that they will enter the ancient path that leads to heaven.

Similarly he also preached that God "sent (Jesus) to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities." (Act 3:26).

God's eternal blessings are for those in the ancient path. As we enter this path through repentance and faith in Christ, so we continue in this path through faith because it is through faith we obtain the grace that enables us to walk in it as it is written, "the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world" ( Titus 2:11-13).

The only people that walk in this path are those who have repented of their sins and obtained salvation through faith in Christ. They are called the wayfaring men, as it is written in Isaiah 35:8-10.

"And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there : And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away."

The wayfaring men are those who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins and they follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. They were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
(Revelation 14:4-5)

These wayfaring men (people) have their names written in the Lamb book of Life. All the people that made it to heaven followed this path.

It was the path that Enoch walked and God took him to heaven without physical death. The rich Abraham and the poor Lazarus walked on it to heaven. David walked in that path as he said "he leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his name sake" (Ps23:3). It was the path that Jesus walked and commanded all his disciples from generation to generation to follow him in that path. All the saints that went to heaven in all generations, walked in that path.

There is another path or way, this one is constructed by Satan but it connects the earth to hell-fire and is called the broadway ( Matthew 7:13) or path of the wicked (Proverbs 4:14) or way of deaths (Proverbs 14:12.

It is the path that Satan, his agents and all sinners (fornicators, aldulterers, liars, drunkards, murderers, thiefs, haters, pornographers, homosexuals, LGBT, witches, rejectors of Christ as Lord and saviour, occultic people etc) are walking in. It leads to hell-fire.

Cain, Jezebel, Ahab, Ananias, Saphirah, Judas Iscariot, Saul, first king of Isreal, Absalom, Hitler, Voltaire, Tom paine etc walked in that path and they ended in hell-fire.

All sinners that ever lived in any generation walked in this path as it is written in Revelation 21:8 "…the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death". And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire (20:15).

The sober question is, which path or way are you walking in? Is it in the ancient path of righteousness or holiness that leads to heaven or in the broad way of sin or wickedness that leads to hell-fire?

Remember eternity is either in heaven or in hell-fire. Your choice of path determines your final destination in heaven or in hell.

God counsels the wicked in Isaiah 55:7 "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon".

But if the wicked reject his counsel, then they shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God (Psalm 9:17). God is no respecter of persons.

If you are a sinner or wicked ( fornicator, adulterer, drug addict, liar, thief, Homosexual, LGBT, pornographer, hater, rejector of Christ as Lord and saviour etc), you can begin your journey in the ancient path by repenting and praying this prayer

"Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, I have sinned against you, forgive my sins, cleanse me from sin, come into my heart now and give me the power to sin no more, for I believe you died for my sins and rose from death for my justification. Thank you Lord for saving me, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Find a Bible holiness emphasizing church and attend. Why a holiness church? Because without holiness no man can see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14) and it is written "Be ye holy for I am holy" ( 1Peter 1:16)
